Short/ Introduction Bio

Snigdha Shevade is a published author of two books – Teaching Learning Community – ‘The Story of a Butterfly: Nurturing Entrepreneurs in a Community’ and ‘Anand Niketan: A journey to joyful and meaningful education’ launched in 2017 and 2021 respectively. She continues to express in the form of writing, researching, and learning on the topics of management, organising, education, parenting, gender neutrality, psychology, fitness, music and dance.

 

Snighdha Shevade is one of the Directors of Sargam Group of Industries (www.sargamindustries.com) with factories located in the states of Maharashtra and Gujrat in India. She received a bachelor’s degree from Fergusson College, Pune and a master’s degree from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai in India. After 12 years of active industrial experience, she attended the Harvard Business School, Boston for an Executive Management Program. As an entrepreneur she believes in going global.
